We have prepared a luxurious course that allows you to enjoy Ganbariya's "four signature dishes" all at once! Horse sashimi directly from Kumamoto, homemade Matsumae sushi, smoked meat platter, and "soft-shelled turtle and chicken hot pot" finished with the finest soft-shelled turtle broth.All of these are signature dishes at our restaurant, each a masterpiece that carefully brings out the delicious flavors of the ingredients.Furthermore, it starts with small side dishes, and the meal concludes with either rice porridge or ramen.It's perfect for entertaining clients, dining with someone special, or for a special evening while sightseeing.
